Get out of that box. You know the box… we both know the box all too well. 

One of my mentors always says, “Do something that’s uncomfortable today. Do something new. Try something on your that-might-feel-weird list.”

Do I do it?  This is hard to admit, but in the past few years, I’ve only stepped outside that yummy box of comfort a few times during big life moments… when staying in the box was causing more pain than the unknown.

But that was yesterday. Today it’s a new reality… no more procrastinating. You’re reading the first of many reflections I’ll be sharing on topics like holographic energy work, self-love, worthiness, and more.

In my inner being, I know little changes are the catalyst for BIG changes… very profound, right? I’m sure this is in a book of quotes somewhere. Here’s another one: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.

The point is, we must change habits to push out old clutter & bring in the new shiny stuff.

Scientists call this ‘neuroplasticity’ and ‘epigenetics’ – the ability of the brain and body to change based on your choices. Don’t let the terms throw you off. Think of it like this: each day is a chance to update your internal software.

Each day can be viewed as New Year’s… out with the old and in with the new. But we don’t have to linger for an entire year. Each morning offers a new world, a clean slate. Literally, in our Quantum reality, each day you can reset the possibilities.

    Every thought you think produces a chemical. Negative routines often reinforce stress chemicals like cortisol. New, positive experiences – even small ones – trigger feel-good chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin, helping you feel more alive.

    When you do something new and feel proud, excited, or inspired, your energy field shifts. These elevated emotions broadcast a different signal to the world, helping you attract better outcomes and synchronicities.
