Subscription Memberships
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Please log into your account and cancel your membership at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled payment date to ensure you will not be billed going forward. Refunds are not available for prior payments.
Digital Courses, Classes, Pre-Recordings
Refunds are not available for courses, classes, or any paid digital resources. Since your purchase is a non-tangible, digital product, it is deemed ‘used’ after downloading or upon opening, and therefore non-refundable or exchangeable.
Delivery of Digital Goods and Services: If you do not receive the digital product or link following your purchase, please emailus at: [email protected]. Provide your transaction / payment details and we will troubleshoot the transaction to ensure your product or service is delivered as soon as possible.
We Reserve the Right to amend any product or service-related information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
